In my opinion it’s a shocking failure of international politics that not enough pressure is being put on the CIA, and the US government to refute the existence or remove these despicable prisons. I believe the US Supreme Court is ruling soon over the legality of Guantanamo prison. Whether it’s legal or wrong is debatable, but there is no doubt in my mind that Bush’s policies of promoting democracy whilst denying ‘undesirables’ their basic human rights is immoral.
